Fees for the 2022-23 EXCEL Hockey Academy (Middle School Training Program) are $3,205 per student athlete.

There are two convenient payment options:

OPTION 1:

Payment in full at the time of registration.

OPTION 2:

$250 deposit and six equal monthly installments (Beginning August 15 and concluding January 15)

Please complete this application if you are interested in participating in the 2022-2023 EXCEL Grade School or Middle School program. All applications will be reviewed and invitations to participate will be sent late spring. Due to space limitations not all applications will receive invitations to participate.
